Re: List of Weapons
A lot of people wont know what these are. I'd suggest putting up a picture, and putting a short description i brackets afterwards. E.g. Recurve (Bow)
A few of them are pretty loose too. I'd suggest changing things like "Knife" to be more specific, or delete knife or tanto in favor of the other one. Seeing as Tanto are a type of knife.
I'd also suggest at least divided wood into "Soft wood" and "hard wood" seeing as the metals were divided as well.
I'll delete my post here when I get back o.o

Re: List of Weapons
First of all, I'd like to apologize for the sudden intrusion and utter batshit crazyness I will mayhaps post afterwards.
Next, I'd like to question a few things, ignoring the fact that Nisha does have pointed out interesting parts, albeit I'd like to add some of my own myself.
I am literally ok with the lower part, really am, the equipment makes sense, etc etc, albeit the lack of helmets is in the very least disturbing, but I'll guess it's part of the "pieces" area. But that's not what I came here to rant about.
So, after carefully searching everywhere and being carefull to avoid the obvious misinterpretations that both wikipedia and google throw at me, I have noticed that either the haikyu, dankyu and koge weapons do not exist, or those weapons are really obscure and largely unknown. ... Either that, or, you know, I suck at googling/wikipedia-ing. That part is most likely covered by nisha's post anyway, in which you'll most certainly afterwards post descriptions, and perharps pictures, thusly I'm preety much ok with that.
Next, "ninja/assassin" weapons so to speak. Kusarigamas, sure, why not, Mankirigamas, ok, makes sense, Neko-te, fine, suit yourself... But why are Ninjatos missing? Also Yari, although they are not "assassin/ninja" weapons, Yari are THE most basic spear weapons in Japan. Why are there "Tridents" and there is a lack of "Yari" in the list?
That is all I have to say so far, and once again, sorry for being so rude as to suddenly just jump in and attack everything at once.
And with that, I leave. owo^
